Cult Classic treatment

George is kneeling, shrouded, in a ring of an entire ring of shrouded figures all facing down. He looks from side to side under his robe at his fellow cult members. He is nervous. Finally, a bell rings and everyone looks up. George tentatively picks up his head and looks around.

Just then, a man with an exceptionally tall hood chants very loudly in a monotone. Then he raises his left hand high in front of him. Then raises his other hand, clearly holding a knife, and slices his hand open. He passes the knife to his left and that person follows suit.

George is petrified. He knows the knife will eventually get to him. He is panicking. He looks down as the knife makes its way toward him. He tries to think of a way out of this. He doesn’t even want to be here. He only came for Sheila and because he thought she was cute. She won’t be so cute with a bloody gash in her hand.

Sheila shoots a glance at him as she waits her turn. George pipes up, “hey guys, I don’t feel so good. I think I’ll go home and go to bed. It’s been a wonderful evening though!” He runs up away and up the stairs to freedom. He doesn’t even bother to look at Sheila.

Everyone simply stairs blankly in the direction of George’s exit until they hear the door eventually slam shut. Finally, the large-hooded man lets out a sigh. “Whew.”

Sheila looks around at everyone appreciatively, “thanks so much you guys!”

One of the other members responds kneading his hand, “don’t worry about it. That guy was a tool.”

In the background, voices of agreement can be heard. Another shrouded figure shrugs, “so what now?”

The large-hooded man makes a suggestion. “Cake?” he says in an innocent voice. Everyone nods in agreement.

I will be using combination of photoshop and after effects to create this roject. I enjoy using photoshop to make unique images now that I know how to use it. I will do my best to have it appear dark and sinister throughout the beginning through various types of shading that photoshop has to offer.

With some review, I’d very much like to use some 3d camera as well.

Raw Frame

Slim Jim Guy
I was going for sort-of a video game-like look for the Slim Jim Guy. Hope he doesn't look too creepy.

Gif Animation

I took these pictures on my new digital camera. Yahoo...

Photobucket

This is of course the raw gif. I wish my iphone would actually charge itself. I forget to charge it three times a day like it needs to.

This one is the tinted. I tried not to repeat colors, however it is virtually impossible with color balance.

Photobucket
The stylized one looks awesome. It's got a plastic wrap filter on it. This looks totally cool on this gif.
